A construction accident at the Waterview development in Rosslyn that left 16 workers and one firefighter injured on Dec. 8 will not delay the delivery date or sales of the high-end mixed-use project, said officials with developer the JBG Companies Monday.

The timeline of the multi-million dollar project — which includes two towers with 131 condos, a 154-room hotel and 623,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail space — was called into question when a freshly laid slab of concrete collapsed on the 23rd floor of the office building portion of the project, trapping several construction workers for hours. But construction was up and running the following Monday, leaving the timeline intact. The project is expected to be completed by summer 2007.
