Sen. Pat Roberts, R-Kan., is running out of time to turn his sputtering campaign around, so he’s called on Republican heavyweights to help over the next month.
Roberts will embark on a four-day bus tour Thursday with Sens. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., and Ted Cruz, R-Texas. Cruz will kick off the bus tour Thursday in Wichita, while Coburn will campaign with Roberts Thursday and Friday.
A new NBC/Marist poll released over the weekend shows Roberts down 10 points to Independent candidate Greg Orman.
