The remaining four GOP presidential candidates met in Miami Thursday night for yet another Republican debate.
It was a more subdued debate where Donald Trump, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and John Kasich discussed a host of issues ranging from immigration to recent controversies at the Trump rallies.
Trump defended his recent comments that there is hatred coming from the Muslim community toward the United States and deflected when asked about a recent on-camera incident showing one of his supporters punching a protestor at an event.
Thursday’s debate may have been the final stand for Marco Rubio and John Kasich. Both men are looking for wins in their home states of Florida and Ohio, respectively, on March 15 to keep pace with Trump and Cruz. Cruz, meanwhile, made the case that he is the best GOP candidate to take down Trump before the convention.
