Former President Donald Trump is speaking at the southern border near Eagle Pass, Texas.
Trump is expected to begin speaking at 3:45 p.m. ET from the Lone Star State.

The former president’s likely general election opponent, President Joe Biden, is also set to deliver a speech at the southern border on Thursday. Trump has made border security a key part of his campaign pitch, but Biden is also bolstering his efforts on securing the border and offering reform.
