The parental rights organization Moms for Liberty debuted its first digital ad, criticizing boys competing against girls in school sports.
Titled “That’s Not Fair” and a minute in length, the ad features a father coaching and training his daughter in track and field with rigorous early morning workouts. Multiple clips show the duo waking up at 6 a.m., running together, and doing other various training exercises.
The footage then cuts to race day as the words “Dads, it matters that you show up” appear on the screen. In the next scene, the father appears at the race and gets his daughter’s attention, waving, before the competition. The ad then cuts to a scene after the race where the two are seen walking together.
“You OK?” the father asks.
“Dad, it’s not fair! I had to run against a boy. It’s not right,” the daughter replies.
“I know, I know,” the father says as he consoles his daughter.
“The ad is titled ‘That’s Not Fair’ and features a dad comforting his daughter after losing a race to a boy competing in a girls’ sport, which is advocated for under the Biden/Harris redo of Title IX laws that Moms for Liberty successfully halted earlier this year with an injunction at the federal level,” Moms for Liberty said in a statement.
Moms for Liberty was one of the organizations that filed a lawsuit in response to Title IX changes implemented by the Biden administration that would, among other things, allow boys to compete in girls sports.
“The members of Moms for Liberty and Young America’s Foundation are parents and students in K-12 schools and colleges who fear sharing their true views — including the view that gender is not fluid, that there are only two genders based on biological sex, and that private spaces on campuses should be kept sex-segregated — in light of the Biden Administration’s unconstitutional changes to the definition of ‘sex’ under Title IX,” Moms for Liberty announced in a press release earlier this year.
“Under the Department of Education’s new rule, ‘sex’ no longer means male or female but includes gender identity and sex stereotypes, so anyone who speaks out against gender identity, fails to recognize a classmate’s ‘preferred pronouns,’ or speaks up for their physical safety and right not to have to undress in front of the opposite biological sex can be punished for harassment,” it added.
The ad concluded with a reminder for fathers to vote.

“Dads, it matters that you show up… to vote,” text on the screen said. “Vote like her dreams depend on it. Protect Girls’ Sports.”
The ad will air in four battleground states, Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, and Wisconsin, Moms for Liberty announced.
