Vice President JD Vance has added a campaign stop in Iowa this week as Republicans try to shore up a toss-up Senate race and three competitive House contests in the Hawkeye State before November’s midterm elections.
Vance’s rally on Friday, organized by the Republican National Committee, comes after two battleground Republican incumbents, Reps. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (R-IA) and Zach Nunn (R-IA), voted to restrict Trump’s war powers more than six months into the conflict with Iran on Tuesday.
