Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) defeated former Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer, marking a loss for Republicans after they redrew the seat in an effort to pick up another GOP seat to protect their ultra-slim majority.
Moskowitz led with 51.5% when the Associated Press called the race at 8:07 p.m. Singer came in just behind the Florida Democrat at 46.4% in a state President Donald Trump won by nearly 10 percentage points in 2024.
