Two people were killed in a wrong-way accident on Crain Highway in La Plata.

According to Charles County Police, at around 4:30 a.m. a 22-year-old woman was driving a Hyundai Sonata southbound in the northbound lanes and collided head-on with a Dodge Caravan.
