A 4-year-old dog stolen from his home on 11th Street NW has been returned to his 92-year-old owner unharmed, District police said.
Sparky was found by a friend of the owner in an unknown location and returned around 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
Around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, two juveniles untied the dog from the front yard fence on the 3200 block of 11th Street NW and ran off with him toward Columbia Road.
The two juveniles have not been found. They’re about 13 years old, 5 feet tall, with slim builds and dark clothing.
