D.C. man guilty of child sex abuse A D.C. jury has convicted a 26-year-old District man of repeatedly sexually abusing a young girl.
Brian Claros was found guilty of three counts of first-degree child abuse with aggravating circumstances and two counts of enticing a child. He is facing a sentencing range of about eight to 24 years for each child sex abuse count, about a year to three years for the enticing counts.

Prosecutors said Claros repeatedly abused the young child from 2003 to 2006 when she was between the ages of 10 and 13.
Years after the abuse, Claros sent online messages to the victim in which he talked about the psychological tactics he used in get her to comply with his demands, prosecutors said.
Operator of NinjaVideo pleads guilty to piracy
An operator of an underground website for illegally downloading movies for profit has pleaded guilty in federal court in Alexandria to copyright-infringement.
Hana Beshara of Las Vegas admitted to running NinjaVideo, which allowed millions of users to illegally download movies and television programs.
Beshara admitted that she made $210,000 for running the site from 2008 to 2010.
She is the second person to plead guilty in the case. Three others still face trial.
