Prince George’s County police are asking for the public’s help in the search for an 87-year-old Landover man who hasn’t been heard from since Sunday afternoon.
Wiley Barnes, of the 7100 block of Mahogany Drive in Landover, left his house around 3 p.m. Sunday to go to the grocery store, but he did not return. He suffers from Alzheimer’s and dementia and is currently under a doctor’s care and in need of medication.
He is a black, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. Barnes’s hair is white, and he has a mole on his right cheek. He may be wearing a green army fatigue jacket, black leather hat and gray wool pants.
Barnes was last seen driving a 1995 white Buick Century with Maryland license plate 6CTL03.
