Prince George’s County fire department responded to reports of a house fire around 2 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Tuckerman Street in Hyattsville.
Rescue units arrived on scene with heavy smoke coming from a two-bedroom, single-family home. Authorities believe the fire started in a shed and spread to the house.
None of the occupants were home at the time and there were no injuries reported.
