Supervisor charged in CVS heists A supervisor of a Potomac pharmacy and two other people were arrested in connection with two armed robberies at the store.
Montgomery County police charged store supervisor Fenton Graham, 35, of Silver Spring; his girlfriend, Michelle Allison, 29, of Randallstown; and Allison’s father, Michael Cooke, 53, in connection with the heists.

Police said Cooke robbed the store with a handgun twice in February. The first time, he struck an employee in the face with the weapon and ordered Graham, who was on the job, to bind the worker, police said.
Cooke was arrested this month in Las Vegas.
Police began to suspect Graham after noticing that he was at the store during both stick-ups. He was charged with conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault and the use of a firearm in the commission of a violent felony and theft.
Allison was charged with obstructing an investigation.
Terrier beaten to death
A District man was charged with beating a Yorkshire terrier to death, police announced Thursday.
Ishmaaiyl Mulheron, 23, faces a felony animal cruelty charge.
Humane Society officials responded to a February call about a dead dog at an apartment in the 1400 block of Montana Avenue NE.
An examination determined that the 6-year-old dog died of massive internal bleeding from blunt trauma.
Mulheron is a roommate of the dog’s owner, officials said.
Man arrested in ad attack
Alexandria police arrested a man who allegedly attacked two women responding to an apartment advertisement, officials said.
James Savage Click, 23, was charged with two counts of abduction and two counts of felonious assault. Authorities believe Click placed the rental apartment ad.
About 6 p.m. Tuesday, two women responding to the ad in the 2200 block of Mill Road were grabbed and pulled into a vacant building. They were beaten inside the building, although they were able to fight back and escape, officials said.
