The Maryland Center for Missing Children has classified her as an endangered runaway. Smith, who may use the last name Smith-Carroll, has been spotted near the 5300 block of Nelson and Hayward avenues in Northwest Baltimore and the area of 1900 Poplar Grove in Western Baltimore.
