Driver to plead in Olney crash that killed 3

A fourth passenger was injured but survived.</span></p> <p><span>Prosecutors <a href=”http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/local/2011/05/prosecutor-driver-had-been-drinking-olney-crash”>have said</a> that Coffay was drinking before the crash.<br/></span></p>
