A 20-year-old Fairfax resident has been charged with providing material support to the Somali terrorist organization al-Shabaab.

Zachary Adam Chesser, who also goes by Abu Talhah Al-Amrikee, was arrested Wednesday. He is also known for warning “South Park” creators earlier this year that they risked death because they mocked the prophet Muhammad on their show.
