Chavez has lived on Hobert Street NW in the Mount Pleasant area of the District, and has been known to hang out in Wheaton, Silver Spring and Hyattsville. Marshals are seeking the help of readers of The Washington Examiner, who have helped capture 20 fugitives, including three last week.
