Wanted: Brandon Randall

Brandon Randall is wanted by Annapolis police on a warrant charging him with attempted murder.

Randall, 21, of Annapolis, is charged with the Nov. 28 shooting of Rico Delass Thomas, 22, who was found with gunshot wounds on the 700 block of Newtowne Drive in Annapolis, police said.
