U.S. Marshals are asking for the public’s help in locating a fugitive who authorities say preys on senior citizens and people with disabilities.

Kenneth Tolliver, 45, is wanted in four counties and is suspected of posing as a maintenance worker to burglarize residents at the Inwood House in Silver Spring, authorities said.
