Glamour shots

A Georgia woman was arrested after she called police to complain about the quality of her mugshot.

Tonya Ann Fowler called Barrow County’s 911 after seeing herself on the cover of Bad & Busted, a local publication that prints mugshot photos of recent arrestees.

The 45-year-old woman said she was unhappy with the way her mugshot came out.

Fowler was arrested on charges of illegal use of 911.

Blah, blah, blah

A 34-year-old Wisconsin man was injured when he jumped out of a moving car because he couldn’t stand bickering with his girlfriend any longer.

Police said the man had taken his girlfriend out for her birthday but spent much of the night in a dispute over a possible move to another state, according to the Madison Police Department.

Police said the man couldn’t stand it any longer. Instead of waiting for the car to stop, he opened a rear passenger door and stepped out onto a busy highway.

The victim hit his head and was taken to a hospital with a brain bleed. He was also intoxicated, police said.

Walmart helps people live better

A Louisiana Walmart customer was arrested and charged with driving a shopping scooter while drunk.

Thomas Phillip, 24, blew twice the legal limit when he was stopped.

He was towing a friend in a wheelchair behind him when he decided to take the scooter for a joyride, he told police.

Phillip was charged with driving a vehicle while intoxicated and theft.

Missing cargo

A 72-year-old Minnesota woman who lost control of her car and drove into a ditch, kept on driving, not realizing that a teenager had fallen out of the car’s rear window.

The 15 year old had been asleep in the backseat of an Impala when it crossed over the center line and went into a ditch, according to the Duluth News Tribune.

The car hit a sign, breaking the rear window.

The driver, Louise Ericksen, eventually steered the car back onto the road. But she didn’t notice her passenger had fallen through the broken window.

When Ericksen and another passenger noticed the teen was missing, they returned to the ditch and found the teen standing on the side of the road with minor injuries.
