Two people were shot early Tuesday morning by an intruder in an apartment at Tyler House, the low-income complex near where 13 people were shot eight days earlier, police said.

Tuesday’s incident, which has been classified as a burglary, took place at about 1 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Capitol Street, on the edge of the District’s NoMa neighborhood.
