Fairfax County police are looking for a man connected to a robbery at a Rite Aid Pharmacy in McLean.
The man entered a Rite Aid on Lee Highway on Thursday about 1:30 p.m., implied that he had a weapon and demanded cash from employees, police said.
He made off with an unknown amount of money and several cartons of cigarettes, police said, adding that there were no injuries in the incident.
Police described the robber as a black man in his 40s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall. He had a heavy build and was wearing a bright yellow striped top with darker horizontal stripes, black shorts, white socks, black shoes and light-colored baseball cap, police said.
The man was last seen running toward a nearby Safeway, police said.
