The Blotter:

Huguely hearing postponed CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Former University of Virginia lacrosse player George Huguely V will not appear in court Jan. 21 as scheduled after his lawyers argued before a judge Monday that there is still a significant amount of evidence under review. Huguely did not attend the five-minute hearing Monday and waived his right to appear by video feed. Five additional charges were filed late Friday, including felony murder, robbery, burglary, statutory burglary and grand larceny.
