A 28-year-old Fairmount Heights man was arrested in the stabbing death of a man whose body was found behind a trash bin in Capitol Heights.

Prince George’s County Police say Jamik Mathew Sumby was arrested and charged with first-degree murder Tuesday in the death of Perry Earl Hunt. Police said Hunt’s body was found Friday morning behind an apartment complex in the 1400 block of Doewood Lane. His body was wrapped in plastic.

Police said Sumby and Hunt, who was from Upper Marlboro, were known acquaintances. Hunt was stabbed during an altercation at another location and moved to the trash bin site, police said.
