Prince George’s County police have arrested a Northeast D.C. teen who is suspected in the shooting of a 16-year-old boy in Chapel Oaks.

Derrick Anthony Wills, 17, is being charged as an adult with attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault, theft and armed robbery, police said. He was being held without bond Friday.
