An Alexandria Fire Department paramedic who fell from an Interstate 395 overpass has died, officials said.

Joshua Weissman, 33, of Bristow, was responding to a three-car crash and fire near South Glebe Road when he got out of his ambulance and fell about 20 feet into Four Mile Run creek, officials said.
