Montgomery County police have charged two young men in connection with the fatal shooting of a third in Rockville.
Detectives charged Christopher Edwards, 20, of Rockville and Andrew Ramos, 18, of no fixed address.

Edwards was charged with second-degree murder and reckless endangerment. Ramos was charged with reckless endangerment.
Police said the Ramos, Edwards and the victim were in the house in the 13200 block of Superior Street when the shooting occurred Wednesday afternoon. Ramos left the house and Edwards remained and called for help.
Poice have identified the man as Hugo Yupe, 21, of the 12000 block of Veirs Mill Road in Rockville.
