Police obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect wanted in one of seven shootings over the weekend in Prince George’s County.
Khayn Leroy Hudson was identified as a suspect in Sunday morning’s shooting in the 2500 block of Afton Street. The arrest warrant charges him with attempted first-degree murder, Prince George’s police said.
Police believe Hudson shot a man about 11:30 a.m. during an attempted armed robbery. It was the last in a spate of shootings over the weekend that left five people dead and seven wounded.
