Thieves target Bethesda churches, schools

Montgomery County police are investigating a series of wallet thefts at schools and churches in Bethesda. The suspects go to grocery stores in the District and Northern Virginia and use the stolen credit cards to fraudulently purchase merchandise and gift cards.

The first suspect is described as a black female, with a dark complexion, about 5 feet 3, in her late teens to early 20s, with long black hair. The second suspect is described as a black female with a light complexion, about 5 feet 7, in her early to mid-20s, with short black hair.
