A man and a woman were slashed with an unknown object on a Metro platform early Saturday morning during an altercation between two groups of people.
Metro Spokeswoman Caroline Lukas said at about 2 a.m. on Saturday a verbal dispute took place between two groups of people — one with about four individuals and the other with seven to 10 people — at the Shaw-Howard University Metro platform.
