Two men arrested after road rage attack

Two men were arrested in a road rage incident that ended in a crash, according to Prince William County police. The incident happened around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in Manassas. Police said people in one car threw beer cans at another car and then the driver of the first car tried to run the other car off the road, police said. The two vehicles collided and came to a stop near Lee Highway and University Boulevard. The victim was on the phone with police when two men assaulted him and took his phone.

Police charged Vansh Ghai, 25, of Centreville, with robbery, assault, throwing objects at an occupied vehicle and aggressive driving, and David Quintero, 24, of Manassas, with assault. No one was seriously injured, police said. – Scott McCabe
