Prince George’s County police are searching for a man who they say has robbed three separate banks in the county within four months.
The first bank robbery occurred on March 21 at a Capital One bank in District Heights. The second took place at a Wells Fargo, also in District Heights, on April 25. The third occurred at a BB&T Bank in Camp Springs on June 28.
In each case, police said, the suspect passes a note demanding money to bank tellers, implying he has a weapon and will hurt others if tellers do not comply with his demands.
The suspect, described as a middle-age black man, has shown up at banks in varied attire — he wore a blue uniform shirt from a security company in the April incident and dressed to the nines in the June incident, sporting a blazer and a white fedora. Police have asked the public for help in the past regarding the three robberies but only announced earlier this month that they were searching for the same suspect in all three incidents.

Police are offering a cash reward for the tip leading to an arrest and indictment in the case.
