A man was recovering after being shot in the leg by an unknown suspect early Saturday in Southeast Washington, police said.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police Department said a man who had been shot in the leg at 600 46th Place called police at 2:34 a.m. He was transported to a hospital with injuries that weren’t life-threatening.
Police had no description of the suspect and were continuing their investigation.
