14th Baltimore cop sentenced in extortion scheme

BALTIMORE (AP) — A 14th Baltimore police officer has been sentenced for his role in a towing company extortion scheme.

Jaime Luis Lugo was sentenced in federal court in Baltimore on Tuesday to two years in prison.
