CRIME HISTORY – Dog the Bounty Hunter captures cosmetics heir

On this day, June 18, in 2003, bounty hunter Duane “Dog” Chapman captured Max Factor cosmetics heir Andrew Luster who fled the United States in the middle of a trial for drugging, raping and videotaping women.

Luster, who lived off his family’s trust, escaped to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where he lived on the beach, surfing and partying.
