Erick Williamson claimed he was making coffee naked in his Springfield home when a woman and her 7-year-old son spotted him through a window and called the police to claim he was exposing himself.
But a Fairfax judge didn’t buy Williamson’s story and on Friday convicted him of indecent exposure. The 29-year-old received a suspended jail sentence and no fine, but he says he plans to appeal anyway.
In October, Williamson said the mother and son saw him making coffee naked at 5 a.m. as they took a shortcut across his lawn to get school. He told Fox 5 News that he couldn’t see them because it was dark outside.
But the school isn’t open that early and police say Williamson was standing naked in his door around 8:30 a.m. when he was spotted. They say he then walked to a window where he would be spotted again.
