Updated at 3:14 p.m. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia says that they have declined to prosecute the case.
D.C. police have arrested a man they say used a pellet gun to shoot and shatter windows on two school buses. Police spokesman Araz Alali said one student was aboard one of the buses, which is used to transport students with special needs, but no injuries were reported. Staff members were present on both buses.
