NORFOLK, Va. (AP) — A jury has convicted two men in a fatal shooting at a Portsmouth jewelry store.
Prosecutors say 21-year-old Kevin Stevens Jr. and 20-year-old Xavier Holley of Portsmouth were convicted Friday in federal court in Norfolk.
