A nationally known taekwondo coach from Fairfax County has been indicted on charges of having sexual contact with two female teenage students.

Fairfax County police said officers began investigating 38-year-old Quyen V. Phan Le in June, when a former student reported that Phan Le had inappropriate sexual contact with her multiple times between May 2003 and January 2005. Investigators later learned of a second girl with whom he allegedly had inappropriate relations with in 2008.
