A woman has been charged with setting a man’s residence on fire after an argument over a phone. Francine Elaine Edwards, 42, was charged with first- and second-degree arson, first-degree malicious burning and arson threat. Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office officials said the fire was set to a home in the 1700 block of Allendale Place in Landover on March 12.
Edwards was arrested at a home in Arlington, and was awaiting extradition to Prince George’s County, deputies said Monday.
