RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — A Calio man has been sentenced to two years and six months in prison for instructing a mentally disabled co-worker to sexually assault a female co-worker at a naval facility in Dahlgren.
A federal judge in Richmond sentenced 44-year-old Wayne Landman on Wednesday.
In December, Landman pleaded guilty to two counts of abusive sexual contact without permission. Court documents say he directed the mentally-disabled co-worker to touch a female co-worker without her permission on multiple occasions at Naval Support Activity South Potomac in Dahlgren.
