Leon “Turbo” Davenport disappeared from Northeast D.C. on Feb. 19, 2009, one day before his daughter was born.

Davenport was last seen on the 4600 block of Jay Street NE at age 37. He drove away in a silver 2008 Mazda 5 truck with the Maryland tag MWZ-183, according to police. His mother, Renee Boone, said the vehicle was later found in the woods in Virginia.
