Prince William County police said a man tried to lure two middle school students into his van in separate incidents Monday.
Police are looking for a dirty, older silver van with tinted windows and a dent on the rear passenger side bumper.
The suspect was described as a black male in his 30s, short black hair and thin mustache. He was wearing a shirt with red markings.
Around 7:35 a.m., the van pulled up to a bus stop in the Dumfries and asked a girl whether she wanted a ride. When she declined, the suspect sped away. Minutes later the van pulled up at another bus stop about a half mile away, and the man asked another girl whether she wanted a ride. She also declined.
