A Manassas woman and her boyfriend have been accused of giving drugs to the woman’s teenage daughter for five years.
Kristina L. Moore, 51, and Franklin L. Johnson, 50, were arrested last week. Police went to their Manassas home to execute a search warrant in a child abuse and neglect case. Investigators learned that the two had allegedly provided marijuana to Moore’s 15-year-old daughter since the girl was 10. Moore and Johnson have been charged with distributing drugs to someone under 18 and possession of cocaine and marijuana.
