Hector Manuel Murcia-Brizuela is wanted by Baltimore County police and FBI agents in connection with a 2006 homicide.
Murcia-Brizuela, 37, has eluded police since July 2006, when Baltimore County District Court issued an arrest warrant charging him with first-degree murder.
Police believe Murcia-Brizuela has ties to an unidentified Hispanic male who was found stabbed to death under a roadway overpass.
A federal warrant was issued the same month, charging Murcia-Brizuela with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
Detectives believe he may have returned to Honduras and do not have his last known address in Maryland.
Murcia-Brizuela should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information should call police at 410-887-8677.
