A 19-year-old wanted in the NoMa neighborhood shooting that left 13 peopled injured surrendered to police on Friday.
Craig Steven Wilson of Southeast D.C. was arrested on a warrant charging him with assault with intent to kill. Wilson turned himself in after police released his and another teen’s identities in connection with the drive-by shooting outside a public housing apartment on North Capitol Street just south of New York Avenue NW around 2:10 a.m. Monday.
Police said they have also recovered a 1999 Mercedes Benz that they say was used in the attack
Police continue to search for another 19-year-old, Andrew Davon Allen, who is wanted for questing in the drive-by shooting at a public housing complex early Monday morning.
Allen is a black male, 5-feet-8 and 150 pounds, with a medium complexion.
Police are investigating whether the attack was the result of an altercation at a nearby nightclub that had let out minutes earlier.
