BALTIMORE (AP) — A man who pleaded guilty to reduced charges in connection with the robbery and fatal stomping of a Baltimore man has been indicted on a federal gun charge.
A federal grand jury indicted 24-year-old Arthur Jeter on Thursday on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The charge carries a maximum of 10 years in prison.
