Four men charged in 2010 shooting that became fatal

Four men have been arrested after a Northeast D.C. man who was shot nearly two years ago died last week, police said.

On Nov. 22, 2010, Melvin Pate was found with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle on the 2100 block of Brooks Drive in Capitol Heights. A Prince George’s County police spokesman said Pate was shot as a result of a failed drug-related robbery.
