A San Francisco judge sentenced David DePape, the man who brutally attacked Nancy Pelosi’s husband with a hammer two years ago, to life in prison without the possibility of patrol.
DePape was convicted of five state charges in June: residential burglary, aggravated kidnapping, attempting to sway a witness, false imprisonment, and threatening a family member of a public official.
