Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-NY) shared excitement over President-elect Donald Trump’s nomination of Kash Patel for FBI director, citing how he “loves America” who would restore the public’s faith in the agency.
Trump announced the nomination of Patel, a former senior adviser to the director of national intelligence, in a social media post on Saturday, calling him a “brilliant lawyer, investigator, and ‘America First’ fighter.” In reacting to Patel’s nomination, Tenny contended that the president-elect nominated a “true fighter” who would not do the status quo and instead “clean house” on the FBI.
